Worldtown and Tweed Present:

WAVES - A party with a purpose!

A dual release party for Worldtown SoundSystems’ single and music video 'Freedom' & Tweed's 'Moves' music video and two floors of musical performances, dancers, and interactive art activations at Warehouse on Watts.

Attendees will take part in two installations declaring what FREEDOM means to them in relation to water, and a declaration of respect to WATER through small action items that can be taken immediately. The initiative includes a projection-photo booth by photographer and activist Julia Lehman where participants will hold a sign where they are asked to fill in the blank, "Freedom is _____." Participants can also mark their handprint on a large canvas signifying their declaration to 1) reduce water consumption wherever possible 2) respect water and not pollute.

Special guests GLBL VLLG will set the opening vibe for the night with their VLLG JAM. GLBL VLLG is the only act in Philadelphia where the audience is the main feature.

In addition to performances from Worldtown SoundSystem, Tweed, and GLBL VLLG, the event will feature roaming performers sponsored by Next Level World, DJ performances from DEL, Joshua Lang, Patrick Richards, Ben Arsenal, and Oluwafemi, plus environmentally-sustainable vendors.

21+ to attend.
