Eat this Story! The World’s Most Adventurous Dinner Party
Welcome to the most adventurous dinner party ever, presented by a cook and a filmmaker. These two vagabonds had the trip of a lifetime by trading food for stories, and traveled from Italy to Singapore and back… by land! They cooked for people in caves, sailing boats and billion-dollar sky scrapers, just to experience the wonders of the world and bring it back home to you. Join us! For some of the most fantastic dishes in the world, and the stories that inspired them. This one-time dinner party will take you on an unforgettable ride across the globe: Six courses paired with six films, presented by the filmmaker and the cook themselves. Be a part of their journey to publish a cookbook and complete this 7 year adventure. 30 people are invited to this dining experience. The event begins with a cocktail hour from 7-8pm. At 8pm dinner will be served with a bottle of complementary wine for every 2 persons. From there guests will be whisked away by 6 courses of unforgettable stories. Followed by music and another hour of cocktails. Until the clock strikes midnight and we are all turned into pumpkins. Ines | Midnight Pumpkin A revisited version of a classic stuffed pumpkin with rice, almonds, sundried tomatoes and parsley The Master | Baos and snickers The transformations of a morning guilty pleasure into a new flavorful bite. A steamed bun filled with slow cooked meat stew, peanuts, cacao and caramel. Tara | Raw Carpaccio Many vegetables prepared in many different ways. Vjay | Jungle mas, potatoes and chapati A very simple royal meal. One way to berlin | A mothers secret dessert. Barozzi, coconut and squash Accompanied by inspired cocktails, al la carte.
